- Monthly household income should be below PKR 50,000
- Widows, orphans, disabled persons, and daily wage earners are given priority

- Wait for a confirmation message from 8123 or email
How to Receive Rashan After Approval
Once approved, beneficiaries will receive a confirmation message. You can then go to any registered shop or utility store partnered with the programme. These vendors are verified by the government and display the Ehsaas Rashan Riayat QR code.
At the shop:
- Show your CNIC
- Complete biometric verification (thumbprint)
- Buy subsidized items with your allocated monthly amount

CM Rashan Card 2025 – A New Step Forward
