Previously, beneficiaries received Rs. 10,500 per quarter. The amount of the payment has gone up by Rs. 13,500 as of July 2025. The rising cost of living led to the approval of this increase, which aims to assist families in comfortably managing essential expenses.
2. Eid-ul-Azha Bonus of Rs. 5,000
In celebration of Eid-ul-Azha, the government has approved a one-time Eid bonus of Rs. 5,000 for all active beneficiaries. We are crediting this additional support before the Eid holidays to ensure families can celebrate the occasion with dignity.
3. Phase 3 Payment Cycle Started
The government has begun Phase 3 of the Kafalat Program payments. Beneficiaries who were verified earlier and waiting for their turn will now receive their payments through designated banks and payment centers.
4. New Families Can Now Register
Many families who were previously ineligible or missed the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) survey can now re-register. Multiple districts are currently conducting the dynamic survey, and we encourage families to update their data at BISP Tehsil offices.
5. Faster CNIC Verification System
Qualified people can now send their 13-digit CNIC number to 8171 or visit the official 8171 website to find out what their situation is and if they have paid. This new system improves transparency and convenience for users.

Eligibility Criteria for Benazir Kafalat Program
To be eligible for the Kafalat Program, applicants must fulfill the following conditions:
- Must be a Pakistani citizen
- Belong to a low-income household
- Have a valid CNIC
- Not employed in a government job
- Not own any valuable property, land, or car
- you must live in a home that is listed in the NSER database.
Priority is given to the old, orphans, poor women, and handicapped people.

There are two ways to apply:
A. Offline Registration (NSER Dynamic Survey)
- Visit the nearest BISP Tehsil office.
- Bring your original CNIC and children’s B-Forms.
- Complete the dynamic NSER survey.
- You will soon receive a proof code and an SMS from 8171 confirming your registration.
B. Check your eligibility online through the 8171 Web Portal.
