- First Newborn Checkup (within 15 days): Rs. 2,000
- Vaccination Milestones: Rs. 2,000 per key dose (Total Rs. 4,000)
- NADRA Birth Registration (B-Form): Rs. 5,000

Districts Covered in the First Phase
The Aghosh Program 2025 was initially launched in 13 underdeveloped districts that require targeted healthcare assistance. These districts include:
- South Punjab: Dera Ghazi Khan, Taunsa Sharif, Rajanpur, Layyah, Muzaffargarh, Kot Addu
- Bahawalpur Region: Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan, Bahawalnagar, Lodhran
- Others: Bhakkar, Mianwali, Khushab
These areas have been selected due to higher maternal and infant mortality rates, low health facility coverage, and limited access to maternal healthcare services.
What is the process for registering for the Aghosh Program?
Eligible women can register for the Aghosh Program at the nearest government health facility or Maryam Nawaz Health Clinic. The following documents are required for registration:
- Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)
- Pregnancy proof or childbirth certificate
- Child’s NADRA B-Form (for postnatal benefits)
Once registered, a digital monitoring system will track their medical visits and payment disbursements. Health workers will also follow up to ensure timely checkups and vaccinations.
